We at Mindfulness Energy believe that no matter your age, you can truly benefit from a little Mindfulness in your life!  

Our flexible approach allows us to teach Mindfulness in a variety of ways to suit the individual learner, corporate business clients, educational professionals and school students.  

Private individuals can choose to attend one of our Introduction to Mindfulness Workshops or one of our regular Mindfulness Supper Clubs which we host at our Toadhall venue near Aberdeen, Scotland. For a more immersive exploration of the techniques, we offer Mindfulness Retreats which can last from one day to one week.  We can also deliver training on a one-to-one basis to suit individual requirements.  We teach the MBSR (Mindfulness based stress reduction) course. We regularly deliver Mindfulness in schools, either by teaching the .b Mindfulness Curriculum or creating a package that suits your needs and those of your students.

Toadhall is an idyllic location for a retreat – it is quiet and peaceful with no passing traffic and enjoys breath-taking scenery.  There are beautiful walks along the clifftops leading to beaches, caves, rock arches, fascinating geological formations, and peaceful tranquil spots for you to take some time for yourself and just “be”.
