Yin Yoga & Mindfulness Lunch

Unwind, stretch and nourish both body and mind with yin yoga and mindfulness to promote deep relaxation and inner peace. After a 90 minute yin & mindfulness class we will gather at the table for a wholesome lunch of warming soup, savoury delights and a sweet treat, that celebrates fresh, nutritious ingredients. Please let us know at the time of booking any special dietary requirements.
