The Gentle Reset is a 3-hour Sunday morning mini-retreat created for busy people who need space to slow down, reset and feel nourished. We’ll begin with calming breathwork, followed by energising Hatha yoga to gently wake up the body. From there, we’ll ease into deeply restorative Yin yoga to soften, stretch and unwind. A relaxed break includes herbal tea or coffee and a nourishing energy snack, before finishing with simple, practical mindfulness techniques to calm the nervous system — tools you can take into everyday life.
