A mindfulness retreat is the ideal opportunity to simply focus on reconnecting with yourself and become more present and aware. When you're more mindful you're more open to new ideas, increased creativity and an enhanced sense of purpose.  We offer a variety of retreats lasting from one day, over the weekend and weeklong.

All our retreats are suitable for those new to Mindfulness and anyone who would like to discover the health benefits of mindfulness in a non-judgemental and emotionally safe environment.

If you have a group of friends and would like to create your own personalised mindfulness retreat, we can work with you to accommodate your needs.  This can also be arranged at your own venue.
