A soul soothing women only yoga and mindfulness retreat on the stunning island of Zakynthos, where nature, movement, and mindful living come together.
A Typical day
8:00 am - Your day begins with a peaceful meditation, followed by an energising yoga session that awakens your body and calms your mind.
10:30 am - After practice, our private chef awaits with a mouth-watering brunch a beautiful spread of fresh fruits, homemade granola, yogurts, and eggs cooked just the way you like them, along with an array of other nourishing, soul-feeding dishes.
11;00 am - The day is yours simply to be. Curl up with a good book, take a refreshing swim in the infinity pool, wander mindfully to the nearby village, dip your toes in the sea, glide across the water on a paddleboard, or drift into an afternoon nap the choice is entirely yours.
5:00 pm - As the sun begins to soften, we'll gather once more for an afternoon of mindfulness and a soothing yin yoga practice to gently unwind.
7:30 pm - Our chef will have prepared a delicious three-course dinner served with a glass of wine or a soft drink. The perfect way to end another blissful day in the island of Zakynthos.
